The origin of our adventure. The first restaurant, which opened its doors in 2017, in the heart of the Empordà and surrounded by apple orchards.
The house where our family began this adventure more than sixty years ago, and where years later the first juices and ciders were made. A unique setting that not only defines the landscape, but also our way of understanding gastronomy: rooted in the territory, our own produce, and seasonality.
The restaurant’s gastronomic proposal revolves around contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, with dishes designed for sharing and enjoying without haste. The product is the main star, with a prominent presence of our apples and house-made creations, which add a distinctive touch to the menu. From rice dishes to meats and fish, each dish seeks the balance between tradition and creativity, in a cozy setting that invites you to linger.
And to complete the experience, guided tours of the estate’s fields where you can even pick your own fruit to take home, the cellar to discover the cider-making process, and the terrace to enjoy a tasting with an expert. Not forgetting a visit to La Collita to discover and choose from all our creations and fresh seasonal products.
