Its intense flavor makes it one of the most popular worldwide.

The Royal Gala stands out for its balance between sweetness and aroma. This difference marks whether an apple is better suited for eating raw, for cooking, or for transforming into juices or fermented drinks.

Texture also plays an important role: some are very crunchy, while others are softer or more mealy. This directly influences the eating experience.

Altogether, these differences explain why not all apples are used for the same thing, and why diversity is a fundamental value in the world of fruit.

Apples and cider: a natural relationship

When we talk about cider, the apple becomes the absolute star.
