Because we want you to feel comfortable and reconnect with the child we all carry inside\u2014the one who wanted to look, see, touch, experiment, and ask questions without constraints. We don’t believe in borders or distances. We want you to smell the apples ripening on the trees, observe the beauty of the flowers up close in spring, be surprised by the species of flora and fauna that surround us, or share doubts and sensations with our front-of-house staff. They aren’t just land and fields; they are part of the family.<\/p>

Mas Saulot<\/strong>, in Palau-Sator, is the origin of Mooma: first with the apple orchards that replaced other crops, and later with the first restaurant. Today it is the heart of the project, where different apple varieties are grown, juices and ciders are produced, and guided tours and tastings are held in a natural setting ideal for enjoying in good company. <\/p>

The La Resclosa<\/strong> farm, in Gualta, added at the turn of the millennium, stands out for its beauty and integration with the Ter River. In addition to the apple orchards, it is a space for innovation with crops such as berries or kiwis, and research into new varieties adapted to climate change. It is also the setting for the Harvest Open Days, where families can pick fruit directly from the trees. <\/p>

In total, Mooma works more than 93 hectares of apple trees, with varieties such as Royal Gala, Golden, Granny Smith, or Fuji, harvested between August and November.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
