Offering truly good products is our main goal and commitment. To enjoy authentic, intense, vibrant flavors. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

But that’s not enough. Besides being delicious, they must also be healthy and sustainable. Only when these three conditions are met can a product be called good, without reservation. <\/p>

These are our principles. And they have guided us from day one, when we were exclusively dedicated to the family business of apple cultivation in the heart of the Montgr\u00ed Natural Park. <\/p>

Perhaps that’s why we took a step forward and started making our own ciders and natural juices. And our liqueurs. And our jams… And surely this also prompted us to open our first restaurant surrounded by apple trees. Always striving to offer good products. <\/p>

But to offer good products, there is only one way: doing things well.<\/p>

Today we are farmers, producers, and restaurateurs, and perhaps in the future we will be even more things.
